I guess you mean blog post. It is pretty the same with getting it indexed by Google or any other search engine.

Eventually when your blog acquires “authority” you don’t have to bother about indexing of your blog posts as it will just happen automatically within a few hours to a few days.
What gives your blog “authority”? Quantity and quality of backlinks, regular update of blog content etc.

Initially however (before your blog acquires “authority”), you just need to get few high quality backlinks from one or more high authority sites, pointing to the blog post. You can for example do social bookmarking of your blog post especially to high authority sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Stumbleupon, Digg etc and you should be fine.

In addition, you can solidify this by posting in a high authority forum such as warrior forum if you have signature links pointing to the blog post or dropping a link to the blog post in a forum post.
